A Fire TV lifetime purchase is matched automatically, in real time. A Play Store subscription is confirmed by the owner by hand — it isn't automatic (Google doesn't let us match those safely), so it can take a little longer.
Get paid manually
Your commission % is set per-account when you're approved. There's no automated payout — the green list is what the owner uses to pay you.

How much do I earn?
Your commission % is agreed with the owner and set on your account when approved.
How does a sale get credited to me?
You submit the customer's e-mail in your dashboard. If that account already has (or later gets) a Fire TV lifetime licence, it turns green automatically. For Play Store subscriptions, the owner confirms it by hand once they have another way to verify the sale (e.g. proof from you).
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is manual, arranged directly with the owner — there's no automated payout inside the dashboard.
