Install the Downloader app by AFTVnews from your device's app store.
Open Downloader, enter code 3531658 and select Go.
If asked, allow Downloader to install unknown apps, then confirm Install.
Open Sidstuga, start the 7-day trial and add your IPTV login or playlist.

On Fire TV, install the Downloader app by AFTVnews from the Amazon Appstore.
Open Downloader, enter code 3930231 and select Go.
If asked, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and allow Downloader to install unknown apps.

Installation questions

Which build should I choose?

By how you pay. Lifetime licence → direct Android, or Fire TV on Amazon hardware. Google Play subscription → the Play version. Sideloading just means installing the official APK outside an app store; on a Fire TV or a generic box it is the only way in.

My box has the Play Store but I want the lifetime licence. Which build?

The direct Android build. The Play Store version cannot read a lifetime licence, so install the direct APK (Downloader code 3531658) instead of the store version.

Are these APK links official?

Yes. Every link on this page points to sidstuga.app, and published direct updates are checked by the app against their expected size and SHA-256 hash.

Will an update erase my settings?

No, as long as you install the same build over the existing app instead of uninstalling it first.

Can a Google Play purchase activate the direct or Fire TV build?

No — and the reverse is true too: a lifetime licence does not activate in the Google Play build. Google Play purchases are only visible to the Google build; the direct and Fire TV builds use Sidstuga's separate lifetime licence.
